Static mockup for the 2020 relaunch

Overview
Secretaría.es offers remote secretarial services for business owners who want to take the burden of call handling off their shoulders. By outsourcing tasks like answering the phone, taking messages or booking appointments, they can maintain a professional image 24/7 at a fraction of the cost of hiring a secretary.
Background and strategic fit
One of the priorities for the company group to which Secretaría.es belongs was to update all its product websites, so that they would better assist in reaching the desired marketing goals for 2020. Another objective was to move away from the legacy CMS for an easier maintenance of the sites.
Audience
Being a B2B product, Secretaría.es target users are small and medium business owners located in Spain, such as lawyers, doctors, real estate agents, freelance construction workers, etc.

Process
As a project manager and lead designer of this project, I outlined and conducted the must-have steps of the research and design phases:
- Conducting competitive analysis to unveil trends or patterns in the Spanish market
- Performing a content audit to control and evaluate existing content on the site
- Building user personas to identify the potential users of the page and what their main goals are
- Auditing the website interface to capture and categorise every variant of its components
- Developing a UI pattern library following a modular approach
-  Wireframing to represent the site structure in low fidelity
- Prototyping to visualise the interface elements and test basic usability
Outcome & results
Due to my leaving the company, this project was handed over to my colleagues Sven N. and Miso S. after completing the static mockups. They conducted the first usability tests, that revealed a positive response on users and a few minor usability issues that needed fixing.
This project has not reached the development phase yet and is undergoing those adjustments discovered during user testing.
